We start with a 30-minute foundation session where we get clear on where you are and what matters most to you right now.

Then, throughout the year, we meet for focused 15-minute laser coaching sessions. After each session, you get one clear next step - something aligned and doable. When you complete it, we meet again.

This means you get support exactly when you need it, as often as you need it.
